The UPA-A paddle certification stamp represents the highest level of approval in the sport of pickleball. It signifies that a paddle has passed the most rigorous and comprehensive performance and compliance testing available.
Use of the UPA-A certification mark, whether on a paddle, its packaging, marketing materials, or digital content, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of UPA-A and adherence to all usage guidelines outlined on our official website.
Any unauthorized or misleading use of the UPA-A mark will result in severe consequences, including:
- Minimum fine of $10,000 per violation
- Temporary or permanent suspension from UPA-A certification programs
- Immediate delisting of uncertified products
- Revocation of existing certifications
