UPA-A believes that strong standards are built through collaboration, transparency, and a willingness to continuously improve. Manufacturers who design, engineer, and bring innovative products to market play a critical role in the growth of pickleball, and your feedback is invaluable to our success.

We are committed to maintaining an open dialogue with the industry and encourage manufacturers to provide feedback regarding our rules, regulations, testing standards, certification requirements, and operational processes. While our primary responsibility is to protect the fairness, integrity, and safety of the sport, we recognize that thoughtful input from manufacturers can help us refine our procedures, improve clarity, and identify opportunities for advancement.

Every submission received will be reviewed by the appropriate UPA-A staff. Feedback may be considered for future rule changes, testing protocol updates, process improvements, or clarification documents. While not every recommendation will result in a change, every recommendation will be evaluated and considered.
