Paddle Compliance Reporting Form

UPA-A certification is designed to ensure that every approved paddle continues to meet the same performance standards after it reaches the marketplace.

While manufacturers submit representative production samples for certification, maintaining consistency throughout production remains the responsibility of each manufacturer.

If you believe a certified paddle may not match its approved specifications, we encourage you to let us know.

Examples may include:

• Noticeable performance differences between identical models
• Excessive power or spin
• Significant manufacturing inconsistencies
• Missing required markings or certification information
• Concerns regarding production quality

Every submission is reviewed by the UPA-A Equipment Team.

Submitting information does not automatically trigger enforcement action or indicate that a paddle is non-compliant. Reports are evaluated alongside marketplace testing, manufacturer audits, and laboratory verification.

All submissions may be made anonymously.

Our shared goal is simple: Maintain confidence in the equipment and preserve fair play for everyone.

Only paddles with the following stamp and appearing on the UPA-A Approved Paddle List are eligible for submission.
