UPA-A is pleased to announce the launch of our new Manufacturer Feedback Portal, a dedicated place for paddle manufacturers to share ideas, raise concerns, and provide constructive input on UPA-A rules, standards, testing procedures, certification processes, and related policies.
Innovation in pickleball is moving quickly, and maintaining world-class standards requires an ongoing dialogue with the companies designing and building the equipment used by players around the globe. While UPA-A is responsible for establishing and enforcing the rules that protect the integrity of competition, we also recognize that thoughtful feedback from manufacturers is an important part of continuous improvement.
Every submission will be reviewed by the appropriate members of the UPA-A team and considered as we evaluate future updates to our standards, procedures, and testing protocols. While not every suggestion will result in a change, every submission will receive careful consideration.
We encourage all manufacturers to participate in helping shape the future of paddle certification through respectful, constructive, and evidence-based feedback.
